kirjailija. Kaksiniteisessä kirjassaan Endgame (2006) hän latelee
madonluvut teollistuneelle ja kaupungistuneelle yhteiskunnalle.
Sivilisaatio ei Jensenin mukaan edes periaatteessa voi olla ekologisesti
kestävä, koska se perustuu uusiutumattomien raaka-aineiden käyttämiseen
paikalla (jäljelle jää kuoppa ja täytyy muuttaa muualle) tai tuontiin
(tarvitaan väkivaltaa, koska kauppa ei takaa välttämättömiä resursseja).
