IEA compromising on the presupposition of standard economics that demand increase will increase supply accordingly and preparing a study of supply side facts in and on the ground during this summer - and the facts don’t look fun from the consumerist point of view, net oil exports going down since 2005 (http://netoilexports.blogspot.com/). Who could have thought?
